Terms of use
General conditions for using the KumulAwards public website and platform.
Current status
These terms are an implementation draft and are not a substitute for a reviewed client service agreement. Final production terms should be legally reviewed before commercial launch.
Permitted use
Users must access only the award programs, portals and information assigned to them. Attempts to bypass access controls, impersonate another user or interfere with the service are prohibited.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting their authentication methods and must report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Shared accounts should not be used where individual accountability is required.
Client content
Client organisations remain responsible for award rules, criteria, eligibility, participant notices, uploaded content and final award decisions.
Availability
KumulAwards will aim to operate reliably but should not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, security incidents or force majeure events may affect availability.
Intellectual property
KumulAwards platform code, branding and original interface components remain protected. Client-owned logos, content and award materials remain subject to the client's rights and permissions.
Changes
Platform features, policies and terms may change as the service develops. Material changes should be communicated to affected clients.
